Please have your customer inspect the shipment carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or shortage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, pallet, and shipping label. Please keep all damaged items and original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require an inspection.
Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a freight claim or provide a replacement at no cost.

Yes. You may arrange pickup using your own carrier or freight account. If you arrange the transportation, you will be responsible for coordinating the carrier and handling any freight claims directly with them.
