Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Quotes Due to the size and nature of our store fixtures, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Freight Quote: Please contact us directly to obtain a shipping quote.
- Carrier: Most orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.
3. Local Pickup (By Appointment Only) Local pickup is available at our Atlanta, GA distribution center strictly for authorized wholesale accounts.
- Appointment Required: You must contact us to schedule a pickup time at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Vehicle: Please ensure you have a vehicle capable of safely transporting pallets or large fixtures.
4. Blind Drop Shipping Program We offer 100% blind shipping services for our distributors. All orders ship with generic packing slips (or your branded packing slip upon request) and neutral packaging. No AFW branding will appear on the shipment or labels, protecting your customer relationship.
Return Policy
1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unopened and in resalable condition.
- Sealed: It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Opened Items: Items that have been opened or assembled are not eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged Items Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
